Voice and audio data: Transmitted to Google Gemini Live API for processing. We do not store voice recordings on our servers.
Usage data: Anonymous statistics such as which analysts are popular and session lengths.
Technical data: Standard web server logs including IP addresses and browser type used for security and performance only.
Cookies: Minimal functional cookies only. No advertising tracking cookies.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

No account registration required — we do not collect your name or email to use the service
We do not store conversation transcripts or voice recordings
We do not collect payment information

5. Third-Party Services

Google Gemini Live API: Processes voice input. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare: Security and performance. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
ESPN API: Live sports scores. No personal data is shared with ESPN.

BleacherBots participates in affiliate programs with licensed sportsbook operators. When you click sportsbook links we may receive compensation. We do not share your personal information with affiliate partners. All sportsbook partners are licensed and regulated.

We use Google Cloud Run with industry-standard security. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.
