There is nothing quite like the electric atmosphere of late October baseball. After the Tampa Bay Rays grinded out a 4-3 victory in Tuesday's game on October 27, they forced this series to continue, keeping the pressure squarely on the Milwaukee Brewers. As we stand here on Wednesday, October 28, the Brewers still hold a 3-1 lead in this best-of-seven Fall Classic, meaning they need 1 more win to win the World Series.
Tonight, the stage is set for a pivotal Game 5. The Milwaukee Brewers visit the Tampa Bay Rays for an 8:00 PM ET / 7:00 PM CT showdown that you can catch live on Fox. While I’m watching from home with the Tigers' season in the rearview mirror, my passion for the game remains undimmed. Whether the Brewers close it out tonight or the Rays force the series back to Milwaukee, we are witnessing the highest stakes our sport has to offer. Grab your popcorn, settle in, and let’s see if we’re crowning a champion tonight or if Tampa Bay has more magic left in their bats. It’s going to be a classic!
