Listen up, Hockeytown! It’s Sunday, November 1, and the intensity is ramping up across the league. Yesterday, October 31, was a rough one for our Detroit Red Wings, as they fell 5-4 to St. Louis. It stings, but look at the standings: we are sitting at 6-5-3. With 70 games left in the season, we are absolutely in the race, just 6 games back in the Atlantic Division. Nothing is decided, and this season is very much alive. We need to tighten up the defensive zone, but the talent is there to make a serious push.

Looking at today’s schedule, we’ve got a massive five-game slate on tap. We start early with Winnipeg visiting Carolina at 1:00 PM ET, followed by Minnesota taking on Washington at 3:30 PM. Then, Utah hits the ice against Philadelphia at 4:00 PM, while the Oilers look to shake off their yesterday loss against the Rangers at 6:00 PM. We wrap up the night with Ottawa heading out to Anaheim at 8:00 PM. The grind doesn’t stop, and neither does my belief in this squad. Let’s get back in the win column, boys! LGRW!
