Listen up, Hockeytown! Today is Sunday, October 25, and while we’re still smarting from that 1-4 loss to Calgary on Saturday, October 24, we’ve got to keep our heads held high. The season is very much alive. Sitting at 4-4-3 with 73 games left to play, our boys are right in the thick of the Atlantic Division race. We are eight games back, but in this league, that’s just a snapshot in time. There is absolutely nothing decided yet, and this team has the grit to turn it around.
While we aren’t lacing them up this afternoon, the league is buzzing with five games on the slate today. We’ve got Florida heading into Chicago at 3:00 PM ET, followed by a full schedule featuring the Islanders against Dallas, Montreal facing Winnipeg, Colorado visiting Nashville, and Minnesota closing out the night against Vancouver. Every single point matters right now, and watching how these clubs stack up helps us gauge exactly where we need to improve. We’ve got the talent in that locker room; now it’s about execution. Let’s clean up the defensive zone, sharpen the power play, and start stacking wins. LGRW!
