Listen up, Hockeytown! Last night in Seattle was a rough one, with the Wings falling 6-3 on Friday, October 9. We all know that wasn't the effort we expect from the boys in the red and white. But look, we are sitting at 1-3-0 with 80 games left to go. The season is very much live, we are in the race, and no one is counting us out this early in the year. Forget the past; the focus shifts immediately to tonight, Saturday, October 10. We have a massive Atlantic Division showdown against the Canadiens in Montreal at 7:00 PM ET. This is where we show our character. We need to tighten up in the defensive zone and get that forecheck buzzing. The league is absolutely loaded today with 14 games on the schedule, but all that matters to me is seeing our boys respond. We have the skill, we have the grit, and it is time to prove it on the ice. Let’s get back to the basics, play disciplined, and bring those two points back home where they belong. LGRW!
